New, as well as previous, partners and contributors continue to show an interest in the HealthRays® project. So far, 61 clubs, 18 districts and 4 individuals around the world have pledged support.
We need you, your club and your district to keep the momentum growing. HealthRays District 6440 is working in a formal partnership with the government of Guatemala, the Pan American Health Organization (an extension of the World Health Organization) and others in an effort to install 29 digital x-ray units that will eventually bring x-ray access to 3 to 4 million people in Central America. Good news: We have reached one-third of our goal in units and are nearing the million-dollar mark in funding pledges!
